One of our clients is looking for a full-time Sitecore Business Analyst for their office in Toronto; this position is currently held remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Successfully manage requirements lifecycle to elicit, analyze, recommend and trace
specifications as key contributions to the team and stakeholders - Facilitate large workshops/Joint Application Development sessions, design walkthroughs, test cycles and product releases
- Contribute to governance and process strategies that will enable cross-functional teams
in areas of continuous engagement/improvement, knowledge management and support
model - Analyze and enable marketing technology solutions ranging from E-commerce, content
management system and marketing automation - Clearly articulate and document requirements, facilitate future state design, develop
deliverables and engage stakeholders in approval and prioritization - Proven ability to mentor project team members while still contributing to major projects
Experience:
- Proven experience leading similar transformational projects
- Successful application of Business Analysis tools and techniques in a digital marketing
or transformational project/initiative, which resulted in effective planning and
management of stakeholder requirements and/or outcomes - Direct experience with digital marketing platforms, e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, eCommerce solutions, CMS applications (Sitecore, AEM and WordPress) and CRM
systems - Experience delivering projects using agile methodologies with fragmented product
ownership (which requires extensive collaboration internally and with vendors) - Ability to clearly articulate and document requirements, lead the facilitation of future state
design, refine deliverables and manage stakeholder expectations through education and
planning - Maintain up to date knowledge on the cutting edge of strategy and technology best
practices, with an ability to distill and pass on that knowledge to team members - Knowledge of different data platforms like PowerBI, Tableau, etc
