We have a project underway to implement a new data warehouse (Snowflake) and roll out Power BI to our business users. The QA Analyst will ensure that the data from our source systems makes its way correctly into the new data warehouse and that the Power BI dashboards being developed and rolled out to our business users meet their requirements and are accurate.
Requirements:
- Able to write and execute test cases focusing on data-quality, data-analysis, and data-validation and align with business requirements
- Able to follow both agile and waterfall methodologies to perform testing
- Able to write SQL / TSQL queries preferable intermediate to advanced level
- Good understanding of data warehouse, BI / Analytics, and ETL process and tools
- Nice to have testing experience in a data warehouse (cloud / on-premise) and CRM project
- Nice to have experience in using Talend, Snowflake, and JIRA
