Skillset & Experience:
- Bilingual (Spanish, English)
- Have experience working with Credit Card (Amex) systems with knowledge of Credit Card provisioning in TSYS
- A clear understanding of QA process flow and the role of the QA lead, having the ability to triage obstacles identified in testing and come up with possible solution(s) with minimal guidance
- Be able to communicate with various project teams by providing timely and accurate information
- Strong Analytic skills
- Defect Management and triage experience
- Tools experience including ALM, JIRA, Confluence, CORSA
