Our client is looking for a technical support specialist with 5-7 years of experience
Responsibilities:
- Walking around to employee desks and be proactive on any potential issues
- They are supporting issues related to desktop, laptop, email issues, phone issues and A/V room.
- Will support Cisco phone, A/V systems, Office 365 WebEx, Jabber
- Experience with Windows 7 to Windows 10 migration
