Our client is looking for a contractor for an Oracle Customer Care and Billing Consultant position, to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with Business and IT Users at all levels
- Study current practices and mapping as-is business processes
- Provide technical and functional design workshop
- Develop CC&B functional designs and technical specifications
- Revise and validate proposed technical solution options to ensure all functional requirements are addressed
- Design test scenarios and unit test cases
- Develop/review detailed estimates for design and development phases
- Adherence to IT development procedures and standards
- Provide the road maps for future product upgrades and new functionalities provided by Oracle
Qualifications
- 5+ experience working in software consulting
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems Technology, or related technical field preferred
- Knowledge of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) required
- Experience utilizing the complete Software Development Lifecycle implementing packaged software solutions
- Knowledge of Oracle Utilities Meter and Data Management (MDM)
- Knowledge of Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M)
- Knowledge of Oracle Utilities Smart Grid Gateway
- Knowledge of other CIS or Billing products in the market
