Qualifications:
- Must have past experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
- Experience and knowledge in change management principles, methodologies and tools
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experienced in developing communication plans, documentations, and training/communication materials
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
- Must be familiar with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Past experience in supporting user acceptance testing as part of the change management process is an asset
- Ability to work well under pressure, deadlines, and changing priorities
- Related university degree and Change management certification, or equivalent continuing education, is required
