Relationship Management Representative

Plan IT

Responsibilities: 

  • Attend meetings with internal and external customers, make recommendations to develop and implement new methods to enhance the efficiency of the specific client’s process
  • Maintain and update Action logs for weekly conference calls
  • Ensure programming requirements are entered using our Programming Request System (PRS) and communicated promptly to IT according to GDCAMS process and procedures; responsible for managing small customer launches an IT Development change
  • Initiate, process and close client tests; ensure proper testing and signoff procedures are followed
  • Enter and update sales orders and service according to customer contractual requirements
  • Successfully resolve customer issues to the mutual satisfaction of both client and GDCAMS
  • Responsible for entry and tracking of card manufacturing orders as well as procurement of other client materials as required
  • Liaise with Association for all card manufacturing approvals (i.e: VISA and Mastercard)

Skill Set & Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the banking industry
  • 2-5 years experience in a Customer Service role
  • 3+ years of administration experience
  • MS Office knowledge is a must
  • Excellent oral and communication skills
  • SAP knowledge is preferred
