- Manage the overall planning process including budget and forecast processes
- Ownership of analysis on company’s operational performance
- Coordinate consolidation of budgets and build financial targets
- Oversight of P&L, Balance Sheet and cash flows
- Prepare and present financial decks on actuals, budgets and KPIs
Qualifications and Experience:
- Business degree and appropriate certification (MBA/CPA/CA/CMA/CGA)
- 10+ years of experience in Progressive finance
- Strong financial planning and analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong ability to influence others
