Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall planning process including budget and forecast processes
  • Ownership of analysis on company’s operational performance
  • Coordinate consolidation of budgets and build financial targets
  • Oversight of P&L, Balance Sheet and cash flows
  • Prepare and present financial decks on actuals, budgets and KPIs

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Business degree and appropriate certification (MBA/CPA/CA/CMA/CGA)
  • 10+ years of experience in Progressive finance
  • Strong financial planning and analysis skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong ability to influence others
